Four Course Menu

 Prawn Panzanella, Thai Basil Creama, Torn Bread, Tomato, Cucumber, Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette


Shiitake Wontons, Enoki Mushrooms, Smoked Chili Oil, Fried Garlic, Ginger Kombu Broth, Pea Greens

Five Course Menu
