The following need to be added onto a event, minimum 10 guests.

HAPPY HOUR AND SMALL BITES

ABURI SUSHI STATION

Oshi Salmon and Spicy Tuna pressed and flame torched right in from of the guest. Garnished with serrano peppers, pickled mustard seed and scallion oil.

SALT BLOCK SEARED TENDERLOIN

Togarashi crusted beef tenderloin seared on a Himalayan salt block, served with  butter soy emulsion, sesame, pickled radish,  petite greens and crispy potato

FRESH SHUCKED OYSTERS

Fresh West Coast oysters, Shucked. Served with sake mignonette, fermented chilies, grilled crostini's and citrus
