Hapa San has been on the forefront of the service industry in Vancouver for years.
Born and raised in Vancouver as a Japanese Canadian 'Hapa', he has been working everywhere from nightclubs, VIP hosting, to special intimate dinners.
Many years ago while in Thailand, he started to host to the local tours for travelers. Moving on, he started travelling in Asia and the Americas where he gained more inspiration to host. Most recently he has been a lead in the music festivals in the BC area.
He embraces the Rōnin Chefs attributes and brings a playful yet professional side to our service! San loves to engage with guests, with a wide variety of knowledge, he will be sure to get your guests a drink and get the conversation happening!
