As they continue this journey, their understanding of the knife, technical skills, and flavors will allow them to express their creativity in a personal way.
We are a travelling collective of skilled craftsmen, an adapted concept of the wandering samurai of Feudal Japan.

From custom tasting menus, family-style feasts, private yachts, to elegant canapés and cocktail hours, we can bring your vision to life. We’ll come to you ready with all the necessary equipment and preparation for your event.
For in-home private dining, we’ll cook in your space and serve your meal. When all is said and done, we’ll clean up so your kitchen is as clean as it was when we arrived.
