Live Chef Action Stations

 Add some excitement to your function with a chef action station in your home!  

The following need to be added onto a event, minimum 10 guests.


Discuss pricing for the event with  Rōnin Chefs.


Stations and needs will vary based on setup needs.

Aburi Sushi Station

Oshi Salmon and Spicy Tuna pressed and flame torched right in from of the guest. Garnished with serrano peppers, lime and scallion oil.

Salt Block Seared Beef Tenderloin

Togarashi crusted beef tenderloin seared on a Himalayan salt block, served with  butter soy emulsion, sesame, pickled radish,  petite greens and crispy potato

Fresh Shucked Oysters

Fresh West Coast oysters, Shucked. Served with sake mignonette, fermented chilies, grilled crostini's and citrus

The Wok Comes Out

Wok fried prawns with lemongrass and galangal. Served with corn tortilla, mango relish, spicy mayo, quick pickled slaw and crispy shallots 

Crepes and Cream

Mini Crepes, whipped coco cream, macerated berries
